Traditional Landline Switch Off

We just wanted to update all of our customers of an upcoming change that you might not yet be aware of.

You may have recently been getting phone calls or emails from BT regarding the switch off of all Analogue Telephone Services (PSTN and ISDN) in 2027

This won’t just affect voice services, it may also mean you need to upgrade your broadband. Any equipment that currently uses the PSTN will stop working, this includes alarm systems, EPOS machines, door entry systems, CCTV, faxes, and so on.

This means you’ll need to move from PSTN to the latest IP Technology before 2027, ideally the sooner the better.

Our VoIP Telephone Systems are ran through the latest IP Technology so if we look after your telephones then you do not have to worry about your voice services being disrupted.

If we run your Broadband then you do not have to worry either, as we have already been upgrading our Business Broadband from the old FTTC & ADSL broadband connections, to the new and improved FTTP & SOGEA broadband connections.
