The Personal Communicator Client is a feature-rich user interface that transforms your PC into a powerful telephony and multimedia communications tool.

The PC Client acts as a softphone, so you can use your existing PC or laptop to make and receive calls using either a headset or the computer’s microphone and speakers.

Alternatively, the PC Client can be used to control a desktop handset, by linking it to a compatible IP Phone with this option, the IP Phone provides premium-quality voice, while the computer is dedicated to the data and video components of the multimedia conversation.

Attendant Console

The Attendant Console can be used in replacement of the PC Client for staff managing a greater volume of calls into your main business number. The console allows the easy transfer of calls around the business by using quick search functionality, Presence information and drag and drop features.

Please note: Ofcom requires Timico to inform its customers that this service allows calls to the emergency services numbers 999 and 112. However, customers should understand that calls will fail if there is a power cut or their broadband connection fails.
